Jersey Impact: 2014-2016
Jersey Canada’s current strategic plan, Jersey Impact: 2014-2016 has enabled our board, committees, and staff to focus energy and resources on those projects which help build Jersey Canada’s competitive advantage within the industry. As our current strategic plan ends in 2016, the Board of Directors worked with a facilitator to review Jersey Canada’s strategy for 2017-2019, ensuring that the plan is relevant to the current dairy market.
Over the coming weeks and months, the Jersey Canada Board of Directors will refine the goals set for 2017-2019. The refreshed strategic plan will be launched at the Annual General Meeting in April 2017.
